a beautiful giveaway!

I think that I managed to squeeze 3 full days worth of junk
into ONE day today… it has been NON-stop! My flight got in SO late last night,
and at this point, I just have NO time for jet lag. I only have today to get
re-set to leave: unpack, laundry, groceries, repacking, kits, samples,
make-n-take prep and the all important just holding the littles while they
watch Dora. I will say that coming home was quite an ego boost! Everyone was so
happy to see me. all the souvenirs were a hit—everyone loves a small scale
Eiffel tower. (especially ones in snow globes and with little blinking lights).

Kids necklace

Lookie what I received in the mail while I was gone… I knew
that Lisa Leonard was sending me a little surprise…and I knew that she had
asked for my kids’ names…but apart from that, I had no idea what she had in
mind. When I opened the box, inside there was not 1 but 2 small jewelry boxes…

I was totally overwhelmed with this necklace!!! I LOVE it so
much! I have always wanted a necklace or jewelry piece with my kids’ names… but
I just thought I had too many kids- and I didn’t want to have one with 5 pieces
(who do you put in front?).  I just
LOVE how it turned out! so …

Attention: HUSBANDS…….this is a GREAT v a l e n t i n e
surprise!

Also included in my little box was one of Lisa’s
‘illuminate’ pieces. it’s the chandelier necklace with the word:
‘sparkle’.  As you can well
imagine…it’s just so perfect as well! I love it. **you can also access her site from the button on the right-under 'sponsors'.

Sparkle

Lisa would like to give away one of these spectacular
‘illuminate’ necklaces to one of my blog readers… and guess what, you can
choose what word you want on it. It’s so cute-I love the little crystal
dangly.  So…what word would you
choose??  Leave a comment, the comments
will be closed Sunday evening…and a winner chosen randomly! Check out her site and her BLOG (very inspiring)
and see if there is anything totally PERFECT for you—then send your hubby or
mom or dad or kids or grandkids a LINK!! I LOVE knowing something that someone
I love really would like! You can’t go wrong here!

I’ll be back blogging Sunday night after the first day of
CHA! I am planning an AWESOME –cHa wrap up LIVE web show for Wednesday night!!
So be sure to plan on joining in!

“Faith” would be my choice. To have all the things we hold dear in life you must have faith…faith in the lord, faith in yourself, and faith in others.

I love this necklace!! It is sooooo beautiful!! My word would be “divine”. For this reason:I love all things mystical and spiritual. I visualize beautiful and blissful elements in my art. I anticipate what stories my family will tell and what life moments I can capture. I go out on a limb in trying new and daring concepts to my scrapbooking and or art projects. I understand what it takes to be a mom, a wife, a full time college student and a professional scrapbook artist. With the many facets of my life and the many hats I ware as a woman, I find myself to be simply “Divine!

I have been on a long journey (year 3 now) of leaving an abusive marriage and after 10 years of being a stay-at-home mom to 3, going back to school to be a physicians assistant. It’s difficult not to relive the past or yearn for the future and security for myself and children at this point in my “rebirth”, so my word(s) would be “be present” or just “present”. Love where you are RIGHT NOW, gleen all that you can from this point. It will be gone and you might not be able to go back.

One of my favorite “inspirational” songs is I hope you dance. I chose this song when my son and I danced at his wedding. It is hard to choose just one word to sum up how to live your life and enjoy all the miracles and wonders of this world, but dance just might be the one…still thinking. Thank you for the lovely necklace giveaway.
