All of these envelopes were created using the paper rolls from the DIY Gift Wrap Collection.

I love using this paper to create envelopes because not only is it a great sturdy weight, but because the paper comes in such large rolls you can create so many different sizes of envelopes with it….PLUS coordinate it with your wrapped gift. Win-win!

So in order to create these awesome envelopes, we just need one more thing.

The amazing must have We R Memory Keepers Envelope Punch Board.  This tool is SUPER easy to use and genius when it comes to creating envelopes for all of your custom cards.

Let me break down the process for you!

Step 1: decide on the size of envelope you are needing for your card. All of the corresponding card sizes and paper sizes are listed on the board.

Step 2:  Once you choose your card size, then you must trim your paper to the corresponding size listed.  For the demo I am going to create an envelope that will fit a 4×6 card so I had to trim my paper to 81/4 x 8 1/4 inches.

Step 3: Once your paper is trimmed insert the paper into the punch, aligning the left edge with the listed score line edge on the board. This is where we will begin to create our envelope.

Step 4: Punch

Step 5: Score

Step 6: Rotate paper counter clockwise and align score you just made with score line edge tab

Step 7: Repeat all of the above steps until you have punched and scored each side.

Once completed your envelope template should look like this one above.

Then using adhesive, simply secure your flaps down to create your envelope.

You can see that I used a variety of different sizes with the different paper rolls and embellishments to achieve different results.  I love how individual they are and yet they were so simple to make!
