It’s never too late to jump start your planner.

With this pretty planner, available at Hobby Lobby, that’s just what I was needing to do. Jump start my planner and add a bit of customization to help with my organization.

I know the year is coming to an end. But now more than ever I need to stay focused and find my way around my everyday planner. Something tells me you may be feeling the same way too.

One thing I have been needing is to just access certain lists quickly and keep them in a better and more efficient orderly fashion. The WeRMemory Keepers Tab Punch Board, plus several sheets of Magnolia Jane pattern paper, all found at Hobby Lobby, are tools I am putting to use to see my vision through. The idea was to create additional tabbed pages, make them pretty, and use them for some categories that need taming in my life.

Here’s how it went:

The Tab Punch Board includes instructions to create tabs just where you need them in the size you need them. Below is a quick little tutorial to get those made up quick fast and in a hurry.

The tabbed page dimensions will fit the personal planner size.

Repeat those instructions for as many tabbed pages as you think you will need. For now, I created three tabbed pages.

Using labels from the Personal Memory Planner Kit, I added a title to each tab. A little washi found it’s way on this tabbed page helping me stay organized with meals. This tabbed section could be a whole post on it’s own…because meals, and meal planning, and grocery shopping…does anyone love all that as much as I do? But I digress.

This tabbed page was created for my to-do list. I like to keep a running to-do list for my week. But inevitably it gets lost in the shuffle. But not anymore.

Now it has a home and I shall not lose it again.

Another list I was needing to keep, and keep handy, is a ‘books to read’ list. I must hear of about 5 new books everyday I want to read. Perhaps they will never actually ever really get read, but I know where to find their titles now.

The Memory Planner idea is a huge blessing in my life. I love that Heidi has created several versions and sizes to fit our needs and personality. Extra bonus is customizing the inside to help us do all the things. Take advantage of the Tab Board Punch, pretty Magnolia Jane paper, oh, and that Memory Planner, and keep track of all the things.
