how to : create instaframe magnet display clusters

SO excited that season 4 at my craft channel is {finally} starting up! I have already filmed all 12 of the episodes, and they are all set up, scheduled and ready to roll for the next 12 weeks! Every Wednesday!

You might have seen the little interview that I did with Kristine McKay yesterday on My Craft Channel… that was fun for me to share a little peek into the season… and I guess WARN you that there are a lot of Memory File ideas coming in the next few weeks!

Today’s episode features a project that I actually shared on the blog not too long ago- early in the summer… I created some really cute frame clusters and slapped some business card magnets on the back! I LOVED how they turned out! My KIDS loved them too!  I am so in love with taking photos with my phone, and using all the different and fun apps to play with the images after I have taken the photo! I think that it’s so much fun to find away to use those photos in projects. That vintagey vibe fits so perfectly with my ‘instaframes’… they come in Vintage (which kinda transforms ANY photo into that old poloroid look) and also ‘colorful’ and now MINI!

Just look at all the stuff that I mashed up into a fun cluster! These are really cute gifts- think teachers, grandparents, college kids…

On today’s episode I show how I put them together, and also share ideas of different kinds products to mix in… like banner delights, tabs, chipboard elements, and ribbon for sure! I can’t seem to get enough of the ‘Portfolio’ Collection from Pink Paislee… it works together so perfectly with my Vintage Chic stuff. just so super versatile!

Ok… so check out today’s episode!

If you don’t want to make them into a magnet… how cute they will look on a scrapbook page?!

Oh …. and my secret weapon on these things??? Those fabulous glitter alphas from Pink Paislee… oh so cute!

so go watch the ‘how to’ video here at My Craft Channel!
