Happiest Monday everyone and welcome back to Minc It Monday!
I could not be more thrilled today to share with you some brand NEW Minc inspiration using the incredible Hawthorne collection.
I had a chance to enjoy creating some traditional scrapbook pages with the Hawthorne release and it felt SO good.
Sometimes returning to where it all began is just what a creative heart desires.
So…back to Hawthorne. Have you all had a chance to see this incredible collection? If so…isn’t it ridiculously beautiful? And…if you have not yet had the chance…hop on over here to see the full reveal. Get ready to fall in LOVE.
Now….you might be wondering what exactly does Hawthorne have to do with the Minc? Well…it just so happens that there are pieces within the collection that are meant to be completely customizable with Minc foil!
Of course they look amazing on their own…but the ability for us now to add gorgeous foiling if we so desire, in whatever foil colour of our choosing?!? Genius!
I had a chance to play with some of these products in creating my latest layouts and I am obsessed.
As an example, watch below to see just how I transformed and used the brand new Hawthorne Jumbo Alphabets.
Now thanks to the Minc we can achieve beautiful foil on our embellishments that completely coordinate and match with the rest of the paper collection.
I adore how the foiling on these oversized kraft alphas pop off the page thanks to the added dimension from the Minc foil.
The shine is just simply brilliant.
I used foil to also transform the Hawthorne Foam Sticker Words in this layout:
It is hard to tell from the photo, but in addition to the foil added to the foam sticker word “flashback”, there is also iridescent foil added on to the Word Jumble Minc Stickers. The ‘snap happy’ embellishment was also run through the Minc and is part of the Ephemera pack.
Again, this is just a small snippet of the massive possibilities and creative potential Hawthorne has to offer. I cannot wait to play some more and create more traditional pages. It is just what my creative soul needed!
Wishing you all a wonderful week ahead. Thanks for stopping by!
